To book an appointment by telephone the lines are open between the following times:
Monday to Friday: 08.00 - 18.30
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
If you would like a text message reminder of your appointment or other important health information, please provide your mobile phone number to the receptionist if you have not already done so. You do have an option to opt out of this service, which you can do by texting back to us or informing the receptionist

Cancelling an appointment
Please help us to help you by always cancelling appointments when you cannot attend. Our cancellation line is 020 8539 1221. Please put it in your mobile phone. We can always use the appointment for someone else.
Please try to allow at least 48 hours minimum when cancelling an appointment. This allows enough time for the appointment to be offered to another patient in need.
GP consultation times
Our doctors will be able to see you at the following times:
Monday: 08.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00
Tuesday: 08.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00
Wednesday: 08.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00
Thursday: 08.30 - 13.00
Friday: 08.00 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 18.00

If you are experiencing, chest pain or any other life threatening emergency please dial 999. For urgent medical advice that cannot wait until the surgery reopens, please dial 111, free of charge, to receive medical advice or be directed to the most appropriate service.
